Tutoring Services
Promoting Academic Student Success (PASS) offers free tutoring services to students
who need assistance beyond the classroom. Our tutors help students develop a deeper
understanding of class material and gain successful skills that can improve their
overall GPA. They assess student academic strengths and challenges, and develop strategies
for time management, test-taking, textbook reading, memorization and notetaking.
- Students are strongly encouraged to be enrolled in PASS or be active in other participating programs to receive tutoring
services
- Tutoring appointments will be arranged for one (1) hour per week of tutoring at no
charge
- Individual or small group session tutoring is available by appointment
- Late cancellations or no shows can result suspension in receiving tutoring services
within PASS
